I show my family how much I love them
My family is my top priority. I show them how much I love them. Instead of waiting for a special occasion, I create daily habits that strengthen the bonds between us.
I spend time with my family and participate in family dinners. Sitting down to eat together makes us happier and healthier. We share meaningful conversation and nourishing food. I listen to what they have to say.
I take them by surprise. Small pleasures have more impact when they are unexpected.
I give praise generously. I let my family know what I value about them. I tell them how their presence enriches my life.
I share encouragement and support. I let my family know how they can assist me when I am feeling under the weather or have extra pressures at work. I cheer them up with a kind word or thoughtful gesture when they are going through a rough time.
I demonstrate my affection. I hug my children at least once a day and kiss my spouse goodbye when we part in the morning.
I take care of myself. Attending to my own needs gives me more strength to care for my family. When I make positive choices, I become a finer role model for my loved ones.
Today, I connect with my family by showing them my love and appreciation. I cherish each moment I spend with them.
