Family life is just as important as my career
Balance makes me feel like I am achieving a lot of things in my life. I take pride in giving each aspect of my life its due attention.
My job pays my bills and puts a roof over my head. It is important to me to take good care of my loved ones, so I work diligently. Having sure income puts me in a position to be a reliable caregiver.
I also give care to my family by being present for their important moments. Although providing financially is important, emotional support takes equal priority.
My workday ends at a reasonable time to allow me to hang out with my kids. The time we spend together while they are young is formative. Maintaining a good relationship with them today forms a good foundation for a long-term bond.
The professional choices that I make align with my ethics. I work for more than just myself. I set an example for my children through the professional choices I make.
My kids and spouse are on my mind when I make career decisions. It is my goal to make them proud of me. Our time together is spent embracing each other for the good people that we are.
Today, work-life balance is my focus when I wake up each morning. I am committed to giving equal commitment to professional responsibilities and personal duties because they go hand in hand.
