Everyone can choose a place that is their core, you just have to know it is your choice. I suggest to my clients to choose three strong foundations on which to build their life. For me, it is Integrity, Resilience & Fortitude. I love working with you all on your three foundations, as I often see such a change when people work from their inner strengths and have a focus for their actions. The secret ingredient in the 4th state of being that I always say you should sprinkle on top of your Power 3 is happiness. Some prefer to call it contentment, whatever your name for it, make sure it is the cherry on top of who you choose to be and the place you choose to act from.

Affirmation
Happiness is my natural state. Regardless of how many obstacles and setbacks I experience in my life, I know that I am destined to be happy. I was born to be happy and content with my life.
Happiness is the natural state of everyone. Happiness can be covered up by negative thoughts and experiences, but it is always there, just waiting to be experienced again.
I realise that much of my unhappiness is the result of my own doing. I occasionally think negatively or focus on my challenges too much. When I remember that feeling happy is 100% natural, I can experience happiness again.
I am happy most of the time. In fact, I am the happiest person I know. I experience happiness on a regular basis and enjoy my life greatly. I am a fortunate person to have so much happiness in my life.
I allow myself to be happy, even when the circumstances in my life are challenging. I am becoming better at feeling happy regardless of what is going on in my life. Happiness is my primary state of being.
Today, I am opting to feel happy all day long. I am rejecting all negative emotions and allowing myself to have a great day. Happiness is totally natural to me.

If you haven’t used affirmations before there is no right way or wrong way to get started. Whether you print them out and read when you like or record them into your phone and listen to them up to 3 times a day, so long as you connect with the affirmation then you are on your way to mastering it. You can also choose an inanimate object that symbolises the concept for you and carry it with you in the day, or add something meaningful to your vision board. You can use this affirmation as part of your meditation. Some people just like to use them as talking points with their friends or inspire them to make wallpapers to share on social media. Whatever feels right, is what was intended for you now you have found your affirmation, so have fun with it.
